Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days from the

date of delivery.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

• Some items may be non-returnable (open box , missing accessories.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at admin@ephenoena.com.

2. We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive , inspect & approve the return.

• If the item is returned used, damaged, or incomplete, a restocking fee or partial refund may apply.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
